In addition, Bennett Homes is the first homebuilder in the Puget Sound region to have been twice honored with the "Builder of the Year" award within a three year period - The first in 2003 and the second in 2005. Presented by the Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish counties, this prestigious award honors industry accomplishments and community involvement.
